Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
¾ lb KM Montana grassfed beef
5 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 medium onion
1 ¼ cup of water
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
2 tsp chili powder
2 cloves of garlic
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Directions:
Cook noodles according to directions. Meanwhile in a large skillet cook the beef and onion until it’s browned.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
Drain the noodles and stir them into the skillet mixture.
Serve.
